MANIFESTED 2027 — ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & TICKET HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing, accepting, possessing, or using a ticket to Manifested, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that attendance at Manifested — The Ultimate Motorsports & Music Festival, including entry onto the Utah State Fairpark grounds, involves inherent and potentially serious risks.

Manifested may include, without limitation, head-to-head 2-car drift battles, autocross, dyno competitions, vehicle exhibitions, moving vehicles, motorsports demonstrations, BMX, skateboarding, live music, temporary structures, large crowds, amplified sound, lighting effects, smoke, dust, weather exposure, vendors, equipment, barriers, and other festival activities. These activities may involve risks including collision, flying or falling objects, vehicle or mechanical failure, fire, burns, slips, trips, falls, crowd movement, hearing injury, exposure to loud noise, weather-related conditions, bodily injury, property damage, serious injury, or death.

By entering the event, I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending Manifested, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In consideration for being permitted to attend Manifested, I release and hold harmless Manifested, its owner(s), affiliated companies, event producers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, partners, vendors, performers, participants, drivers, teams, media personnel, Utah State Fairpark, and their respective officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (“Released Parties”) from claims arising from injury, death, property loss, or damage associated with my attendance at or participation in the event, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

I agree to follow all posted rules, barriers, instructions, restricted-area requirements, and directions from event personnel, security, venue staff, and emergency personnel. I understand that entering restricted areas, crossing safety barriers, interfering with event operations, or failing to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the event without refund.

I understand that motorsports activities involve moving vehicles operating at speed and that I must remain within designated spectator areas at all times. I will not enter competition, staging, pit, track, course, production, backstage, or other restricted areas unless I have received specific authorization and any additional credential or waiver required for that area.

If emergency medical treatment is reasonably necessary, I authorize event or emergency personnel to obtain or provide appropriate emergency assistance. I understand that I remain responsible for my own medical expenses unless otherwise required by law.

By entering Manifested, I understand that I may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded as part of general event coverage. I grant Manifested permission to use crowd and event imagery containing my likeness for legitimate promotional, editorial, advertising, archival, and social-media purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law.

Tickets may not be transferred or used in violation of Manifested’s ticketing terms. Event programming, schedules, attractions, performers, competitions, and other elements are subject to change. Attendance constitutes acceptance of all posted event rules and ticket terms.

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

BY CHECKING THE BOX BELOW AND COMPLETING MY PURCHASE, I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THIS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
